Paul Samson: guitar
John McCoy: bass
Edgar Patrik: drums
Guest: Chris Sharley (drums) on No turning back and That ain't all; Colin Towns (keyboards) on Reach out to love; Rock Goddess (backing vocals).
Note: Samson disbanded in May 1984, and this was originally conceived and marketed as a Paul Samson solo effort. The album has been eventually turned into a Samson release for the 1993 CD reissue. Moore and McCoy provided continuity with the previous line-ups.
1994 – Paul Samson’s Empire - Live at the Marquee
Paul Samson: guitar
Dave “Bucket” Colwell: guitar
Kevin “Skids” Riddles: bass
Mark Brabbs: drums
Note: this alternative band was active in February 1986-March 1987 and toured in support of the Joint Forces release. The live album was recorded in May 1986 and issued in 1994.
2002 – Live - The Blues Nights
Paul Samson jamming and playing with various artists and bands. Expanded and reissued in 2017 as The Blues Nights (Slight Return) - 1981-1997.
2006 – P.S....
Nicky Moore: lead vocals
Paul Samson: guitar, bass
Ian Ellis: bass
Billy Fleming: drums
Guest: John McCoy (bass).
Note: originally called Brand New Day.
Even if this was originally supposed to be a Paul
Samson solo effort (according to Nicky Moore), it can also be considered as a
proper Samson album recorded by the 15th line-up of Samson – in the
same league of Joint Forces.
